SALE OF BUILDING KITS


For legal and safety reasons, the models are sold as display models only. This product is a result of secondary creative work, inspired by certain in-game elements that have been reimagined and constructed into building block models. It is specifically designed for personal collection, display, and recreational purposes among gaming enthusiasts. The intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the copyright of the original game maps and related in-game content, are owned by the respective copyright holders (such as Valve for relevant game content).
We would like to clearly state that we have not received any form of authorization from the copyright holders of the game, nor do we have any cooperative relationship with them. Additionally, there is no affiliation, authorization, or cooperation between us and any building block brands (such as LEGO). This product is not an officially licensed merchandise of the game or any related brands, and it should not be misinterpreted as such.
Please note that this product is intended solely for personal use and enjoyment within the boundaries of the law. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or other actions that may infringe upon the rights of the copyright holders are strictly prohibited.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing


Order processing will commence once your payment has been successfully verified and cleared. Typically, this verification process requires 1 - 2 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from business day calculations.

Delivery Timeline


Shipping Method: We utilize international logistics air freight services to ensure expedited delivery.
Estimated Delivery: Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected to be completed within 6 - 20 business days from the date of order processing completion.
Holiday Impact: During major holidays and peak seasons (both domestic and international), order fulfillment may experience delays due to carrier schedule adjustments and increased shipping volumes. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid potential timing issues.

Special Case for Russia: Due to the ongoing construction of logistics channels in Russia, currently we only support road transportation. It will take 20 to 25 days to reach Moscow, and an additional 5 to 15 days for the final-mile delivery. For some particularly remote areas, the final-mile delivery may take 5 to 30 days. That is to say, the delivery across the whole territory of Russia can be completed within 30 to 35 days under normal circumstances, while it may take 30 to 50 days for remote areas. We will make every effort to provide better logistics services for our Russian customers. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We are committed to continuously expanding our service coverage; upon receiving your feedback, we will prioritize the development of logistics services in relevant regions and keep you informed of progress.

Customs Duties and Taxes


The customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not included in the purchase price. These fees, if applicable, must be paid directly to customs authorities upon arrival.


Reissue Of Missing Parts

 

The product has undergone strict quality inspection, and our after-sales service is well-guaranteed. If you find any missing parts, please reach out to us via email us and provide the details of the missing parts, mark them clearly and specify the quantity. We will provide a free replacement service for all missing parts once.

 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the following stringent provisions must be rigorously adhered to:

Condition Standards


The merchandise must remain in its original, unaltered state, identical to the received condition. This encompasses zero evidence of wear, usage, or handling beyond initial inspection. All tags must be fully intact, unblemished, and affixed to the item. The product must be repackaged in its original packaging, which should exhibit no signs of damage, including tears, creases, or labeling alterations.

Documentation Requirements


A verifiable, unaltered original receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Acceptable documentation must include clear item specifications, purchase date, exact transaction amount, and our store's official logo and details. Digital copies, screenshots, or modified documents will not be accepted.

Timeframe Limitation


Returns are only admissible within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. Strictly no exceptions will be made for overdue submissions.

Non-Returnable Items


Any product customized, personalized, or modified post-purchase is explicitly ineligible for return.

Inspection Protocol


Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo comprehensive quality control assessment. Deviations from stated conditions—including, but not limited to, minor stains, loose threads, or tampered tags—will result in immediate return rejection. The item will be remitted to the customer at their expense via the least expensive trackable method.

Shipping Liabilities


Return shipping costs are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend utilizing insured, trackable shipping services; the store disclaims liability for lost, damaged, or delayed returns.

Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method. No alternative refund arrangements will be entertained. Please note that processing times may extend up to fourteen (14) business days, contingent upon financial institution procedures.

Non-compliance with any of these terms will lead to automatic return denial and forfeiture of refund rights.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
