• After 24 hours and before shipment: Cancel for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained as a non-refundable pre-order deposit.
• After shipment: The pre-order cancellation policy no longer applies. Any return request will be handled according to our standard return policy.
• If the product is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled by us: You will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after your cancellation request is confirmed.
